Neeraj Mitra, a powerful businessman in Mumbai, uncovers a secret oil reserve in the Bay of Bengal. Backed by top politicians, he plans to exploit it for wealth and control. To execute his covert mission, he enlists Deepak, an honest CBI officer imprisoned for standing against corruption. Forced by circumstance, Deepak agrees and recruits a group of beggars to carry out the plan unnoticed.
Among them is Deva, a simple, kind man from Tirupati, unaware of the danger he’s in. When Deva learns they plan to eliminate him and the others, he escapes—triggering a desperate chase.
